If you are a T.T. Connections Recruitment Services client, we need to collect and use information about you, or individuals at your organisation, in the course of providing you services such as: finding Candidates who are the right fit for you or your organization or providing.

 

What we collect (Candidates):
Directly through the candidiate, T.T. Connections Recruitment Services may collect your personal and sensitive personal data such as your name, age, contact details, education details, employment history, emergency contacts, immigration status, financial information (where we need to carry out financial background checks), and social security number (and of course you may choose to share other relevant information with us). Where appropriate and in accordance with local laws and requirements, we may also collect information related to your health, diversity information or details of any criminal convictions.
What we use your information for:

CANDIDATE DATA: First and foremost, we will use the data you have supplied for Internal record-keeping to help you obtain the best service for you.  We may share your personal data with prospective employers, in various ways in order to share your information to increase your chances of securing the job you want.

CLIENT DATA: We will share your data primarily to ensure that we provide you with a suitable pool of Candidates you require.

WEBSITE USERS: Primarily we will share your information with prospective employers to increase your chances of securing the job you want.


How do we safeguard your personal data?

We care about protecting your information. That’s why we put in place appropriate measures that are designed to prevent unauthorized access to, and misuse of, your personal data.

How long do we keep your information for?
We will retain your data for as long as there is either a statutory requirement for us to do so or to be able to provide a service to you. This will usually require us to retain your personal data after any business relationship has ended for accounts and records purposes and to deal with any account support questions. However, if we have not had any ‘meaningful’ contact with you after a period of 5 years from when you originally submitted your personal details to us, your data will be deleted from our database.
