Tax Manager Full Time

We have a new and exciting opportunity for an experienced Tax Manager at the direct tax department of a leading accounting firm in Cyprus!

About the role:

• As part of the team you will have the opportunity to participate in the delivery of projects in areas such as:
• Reporting to the Director of the Taxation Department
• Supervising the tax compliance team and the tax compliance process
• Preparation of tax computations of individuals and companies
• Assisting with tax compliance work (preparation and submission of tax returns, issuance of certificates

About you:

• Ability to take initiative and identify solutions
• Ability to work well under pressure and to multitask and complete assignments within time constraints and
• deadlines
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong Team working Skills
• Ability to prioritize workloads in this rapidly changing industry
• Ability to multitask between projects
• Bachelor’s in Accounting/Finance/Economics/Law/Mathematics or any other related field from a reputable university
• ACA/ACCA qualified. Possession of International Tax qualification will be considered as an advantage
• Minimum 3+ years of relevant work experience in Tax related position
• Excellent knowledge of the Cyprus Tax Legislation
• Knowledge of the provisions of Double Tax Treaties will be considered as an advantage
• Able to study and understand the laws related to the direct taxation of Cyprus as well as other jurisdictions
• Excellent knowledge of Greek and English language
• IT literacy with sound knowledge of Excel/Word/PowerPoint
