IT Administrator Hybrid

We are looking for a super IT Administrator to be based in our Nicosia office.

Duties:

HQ office administration and support.

• Users laptops and workstations.
• MFP.
• LAN and WLAN.

Group infrastructure administration and support

• Network infrastructure (internet access, services publication, site-to-site and remote access connectivity).
• Physical servers’ infrastructure.
• Virtualization infrastructure.

Group services and applications administration and support.

• Email service (on-premises Microsoft Exchange).
• Domain services tasks (Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, GPO, DFS).
• Antivirus service (Symantec Endpoint Protection).
• Backup and Restore service (Veritas Backup Exec, Veeam).
• Users applications (Microsoft Office, VPN clients, accounting and other software).
• Business applications and systems (different kinds of applications supporting business tasks including opensource such as Nextcloud, Alfresco, OpenProject, Dolibarr, Metabase etc, commercial and in-house developed).
• IT applications and systems (network monitoring systems Zabbix and Grafana, information technology service management system GLPI).

Group IT processes support.

• Service request management and helpdesk.
• Incident management (all kinds of IT related incidents).
• Documentation (creating and maintaining administrators manuals and users guides).
• Automatization of routine IT administration tasks.

• 5+ physical servers.

Your Areas of Expertise:

• Fluent English (Russian an advantage)
• 5+ years cumulative paid work experience in Information Technology
• Network: Cisco, Juniper SRX, Ubiquiti UniFi, FortiGate, FortiWeb, NetGate pfSense, OpenVPN.
• Virtualization: Hyper-V, VMWare.
• Operating systems: Windows 10, Windows Server 2016/2019/2022, Ubuntu Server, CentOS.
• Domain infrastructure: Microsoft Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, GPO, DFS.
• Email: Microsoft Exchange Server 2019 (on-premises).
• Public key infrastructure: Microsoft PKI.
• Automation: Ansible, Docker, PowerShell.
• Web servers: Apache, NGINX, Tomcat, IIS.
• Backup: Veritas Backup Exec, Veeam.
• Monitoring tools: Zabbix, Grafana.
• Antivirus: Symantec Endpoint Protection or similar.
• Databases: MySQL, PostgreSQL.
