HR Generalist Full Time

Our client a rapidly expanding online Gaming Company is seeking to hire an energetic HR Generalist for their new offices in Limassol.

Responsibilities include:

  • Recruitment and Onboarding:
    • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for the company, including job posting, candidate screening, interviewing, and selection. Coordinate and conduct employee orientations, ensuring smooth onboarding experiences. Collaborate with department managers in other subsidiary to identify staffing needs and workforce planning.
  • Compliance and Legal Matters:
    • Ensure compliance with relevant local employment laws, regulations and requirements for the company.
    • Support work visa application for foreigners.
  • Employee Relations:
    • Address employee concerns, conflicts, and grievances for the company in a fair and timely manner. Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures for the company. Promote a positive workplace culture for the company that aligns with the company’s values.
  • HR Administration:
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records and documentation for the company. Assist with payroll processing and benefits administration for the company. Generate HR reports and analyse data to support decision-making for the company.
  • Training and Development:
    • Collaborate with managers for the company to identify training needs and facilitate employee development programs.

Skills and Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • ** Must be able to speak in English and Greek
  • ** Must be able to work at Limassol
  • ** Please submit applications in English
  • Proven experience in HR coordination or similar roles.
  • Have experience working in multinational company and knowledge of local employment laws.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • At least working for 1-3 years of experience in similar role
