Data Analyst Full Time On-Site

Our client a rapidly expanding Investment Firm is seeking to hire a Data Analyst for their offices in Nicosia.

Responsibilities:

• Conducting analysis related to the sales/acquisition’s funnels and customer intent.
• Transform business requirements into BI solutions by collaborating with data scientists, business analysts, senior managers, and other organizational stakeholders.
• Analyses A/B and Multivariate tests, communicate results and provide recommendations.
• Measure ROI of online acquisition campaigns
• Reporting on acquisition KPIs like leads, conversion rates, website traffic and social media engagement
• Responsible for tracking, reporting, and analysing the performance of marketing activities, ad-hoc analytic requests, and development/automation of regular reports. monitoring budget distribution and performance of paid ad campaigns and make recommendations for adjustments.
• Conducting competitive research and analysing benchmarking data
• Providing recommendations for campaign optimizations while working with the Digital Marketing team
• Working closely with the digital marketing team to identify opportunities for new client acquisition channels.
• Become a focal point for all data-related matters in the organization.

Key Requirements:

• University Degree in mathematics, statistics, finance, or any other relevant field
• 2 years of experience as a Data Analyst.
• Previous experience in FX or CFD industry would be considered an advantage.
• Extensive Marketing Analytical Knowledge and acquisition practices.
• Experience with implementation of complex ETL\ELT Solutions (DBT, Airflow, Riveri, Azure data factory) – an Advantage
• Ability to understand data and transform it into insights.
• ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) experience.
• Mastery of the following analytical tools: modelling and reporting in Excel/Access and SQL
• Experience with Power-BI, Sisense, Tableau, Google Analytics, Firebase
• Analytical mind with the ability to understand and explain variances.
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Great analysis abilities, energetic and fast learning with a “make it happen” approach.
