Office Administrator Full Time On-Site

A dynamic group of companies with offices in Limassol, Cyprus are seeking to recruit an Office Administrator who will play a crucial role in their day-to-day operations and growth. This role provides an excellent opportunity for an ambitious and motivated individual to make a significant impact.

The successful applicant will provide key administrative support to ensure the smooth running of the office, including meeting and greeting visitors and handling incoming phone calls.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Dealing with payments for local suppliers.
  • In charge of office supply, office maintenance and cleaning.
  • Obtaining and negotiating quotations for local services and service providers.
  • Schedule and arrange meetings and conferences.
  • Meeting and greeting visitors at all levels of seniority.
  • Set up meeting spaces for when guests arrive to make people feel welcome.
  • Booking and arranging travel, transport and accommodation.
  • Provide general administrative support, as needed.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain the highest levels of professionalism and confidentiality.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years previous experience in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
  • Fluent in English and Greek (Russian or Spanish would be considered an advantage).
  • Ability to communicate well with people at all levels of the business and develop strong working relationships.
  • Strong organizational skills and experience of balancing multiple projects at once.
  • Comfortable working to tight deadlines and quick to take-up on new tasks.
  • Outgoing, warm positive personality.
  • Excellent telephone manners.
  • Strong work ethic.
  • Limassol resident.

Remuneration & Benefits:

  • Competitive Salary based on candidate’s experience.
  • 13th Salary.
